1. How does Concierge Gifting work?
Tell us a little about your recipient and your budget through our concierge form or by reaching out directly. From there, we'll curate a selection of Noteworthy gifts, work with you to land on the perfect one, and handle the wrapping and delivery — start to finish.
2. How far in advance do I need to submit my request?
The earlier, the better — a little lead time lets us put more care into the details. That said, if you're in a time crunch, reach out anyway; we'll always do what we can to help. We recommend reaching out at least 1 month before you need the gift, especially during busy seasons like the holidays.
3. Is there a minimum budget for a concierge gift?
There's no strict minimum. Just let us know what you're comfortable spending, and we'll curate options that make sense for it.
4. Can I request specific items or brands?
Absolutely. If there's something specific you'd like included, just mention it in your request and we'll build the gift around it.
5. What if I don't love any of the three curated options?
No problem at all — this is meant to be a conversation, not a checklist. Let us know what's missing or what you'd change, and we'll adjust until it feels right.
6. Do you offer rush or last-minute concierge gifts?
Yes, when we can. Rush requests may have a more limited selection depending on availability, but we'd still love to try to help!
7. Can you hand-deliver, or is everything shipped?
Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery at this time but you can always opt to pick up your pre-packaged gift in store! Otherwise, we're happy to ship anywhere in the continental US.
8. Will the recipient know I used a concierge service?
Only if you want them to. We can include a personal note from you with no mention of the process, or, if you'd like, a small card noting it was thoughtfully curated through Wants and Wonders.
9. Can I include a personal note or card?
Absolutely! — we'll include a handwritten note with your message, exactly as you'd like it to read. This is complementary in our service.
10. What if my recipient has allergies or specific preferences?
Just let us know in your request — dietary restrictions, scent sensitivities, style preferences, anything at all — and we'll curate around it.
11. Can I order multiple concierge gifts at once (for a team, family, or list)?
Yes! Whether it's a handful of gifts or a longer list, we can help you manage multiple recipients at once. In addition, if you're sending the same gift to 5 of more recipients, there is a 10% discount applied to your final invoice.
12. Do you offer concierge gifting for corporate or business clients?
Corporate and team gifting is something we're actively expanding — reach out directly and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. With enough lead time, we can definitely help!
13. Can I see photos of the gift before it ships?
We share photos of the curated items during the review process so you see everything your loved ones will receive.
14. What's included in the presentation and wrapping?
Each gift is hand-wrapped with our signature touches: quality packaging, ribbon, and a card, so it feels complete the moment it arrives. Gifts are packaged differently based on shipping or pickup preference as well.
15. Can I set up a recurring or subscription concierge gift?
Of course! if you have someone you like to gift regularly (birthdays, holidays, anniversaries), we can set up a standing arrangement so you never have to remember the dates yourself. We'll prompt you approximately 1 month prior to each occasion to work through specifics.
16. Do you ship outside the continental U.S.?
Right now we serve the continental U.S. only — reach out to our team if you have a specific request outside that area and we'll see what's possible.
17. Is there an extra fee for the concierge service itself?
There is no separate concierge fee — your budget goes directly toward a beautifully curated, wrapped, and delivered gift.
